1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and World Choice Hotel Group ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").
By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Reservations & Bookings
When making a reservation on our Site, you agree to the following terms to ensure a smooth arrival and stay at our properties:
- Availability: All reservations are subject to availability and our formal confirmation.
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation and check into a room.
- Guarantee: A valid government-issued ID and credit card are required at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation Policy
Our standard cancellation policy allows you to cancel your reservation up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled check-in date without penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may be subject to a fee equal to one night's room rate plus applicable taxes.
Important Note on Promotional Rates
Certain promotional rates, holiday packages, or advance purchase rates may be entirely non-refundable. Please review the specific terms of your selected rate plan before completing your booking.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original form of payment within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
In the event of an early departure, a refund may not be issued for the remaining unused nights, depending on the terms of the rate booked. If you experience an issue during your stay, refunds or credits are issued at the discretion of the hotel management.
5. Lumina Circle Program
Membership in the Lumina Circle is subject to the program's specific terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program, or change the rewards and benefits structure at our sole discretion with reasonable notice.
Points accumulated under the Lumina Circle program have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another member's account without express permission from World Choice Hotel Group.
6. Liability Disclaimer
In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
