Cancellation & Rescheduling
- ●Cancellation 60+ days before: 90% refund of advance
- ●Cancellation 30–60 days: 50% refund of advance
- ●Cancellation under 30 days: No refund on deposit
- ●Rescheduling (60+ days notice): One free date change
- ●Force majeure events handled on case-by-case basis
Venue Access & Timing
- ●Venue setup access: 4 hours before event start
- ●Standard event duration: Up to 8 hours
- ●Extended hours available at ₹15,000 per additional hour
- ●Noise limits applicable past 10 PM (city regulations)
- ●Outdoor events subject to weather conditions
Catering & External Vendors
- ●Hotel catering is mandatory for all in-house events

Terms & Conditions
Please read our event booking terms carefully before confirming your reservation.
Booking Contract
- All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of signed agreement and advance payment
- The booking contract constitutes a binding agreement between the client and Hotel Nandan
- Hotel Nandan reserves the right to refuse bookings at its discretion
- All event details must be finalised 14 days prior to event date
Financial Terms
- All prices are inclusive of service charges; GST billed separately
- Additional charges apply for extended hours, extra equipment or last-minute changes
- The hotel is not liable for additional costs arising from external vendor delays
- Final invoice issued within 24 hours post-event
Liability & Indemnity
- Hotel Nandan is not liable for loss or damage to guest or vendor property
- The client indemnifies the hotel against claims arising from event activities
- Hotel Nandan is not responsible for cancellation due to force majeure events
- Security of personal valuables is the sole responsibility of event attendees
Prohibited Activities
- Illegal substances, weapons or hazardous materials are strictly prohibited
- Alcohol service to minors (under 18) is not permitted under any circumstances
- Political gatherings require prior written permission from hotel management
- Any activity that disrupts other hotel guests may lead to immediate termination
Media & Privacy
- Hotel Nandan may use event photographs for marketing unless client opts out in writing
- Client consent is required before sharing guest data with third parties
- Drone photography requires prior clearance from hotel management and local authorities
- Live streaming of events is permitted; external broadcast rights require written approval
Amendments & Disputes
- Hotel Nandan reserves the right to amend these terms with 30 days notice
- All disputes shall be governed by the laws of Assam, India
- Guwahati courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes
- Arbitration is the preferred route before litigation for commercial disputes
